Have fun going upside! This two hour workshop is a beginner to advanced inversion and arm balancing workshop. Learn for to safely practice tripod headstand, forearm stand, crow pose, flying pigeon and more!

  • Discover solid alignment cues to open tight areas and strengthen weak areas needed for inversions.
  • Learn solid Pilates abdominal techniques with posture cues to insure safe progression into poses that might seem out of reach or impossible to some.
  • The neck in headstand and the wrists in handstand are areas that can be injured or tire quickly in these poses. We will work on a way to align the body in anatomical neutral so injury is avoided. Practicing proper inversions will keep you conscious of alignment in such a way that you will be doing these at 80yrs old.
