Learn the 5 Basic Parameters of Yin and what they each mean in our practice. Dive into the meridians (energy lines of the body) and learn how practicing certain Asanas can keep the energy pathways clear and open for a healthier life. The workshop will end with a practice focused on the Kidney, Urinary and bladder meridians and a mindfulness mediation.
Essential oils will be used during this workshop. All levels of experience welcome. Bring a yoga mat, eye pillow/mask, layered comfortable clothing.
