Hapa Yoga has teamed up with Reproductive Wellness to bring to you a Fertility Workshop and resources to help improve your fertility naturally.
The workshop incorporates yoga, meditation, massage, natural therapies, nutrition and community support. We will guide you through yoga asanas to incorporate into your yoga practice as well as provide a reference guide on the postures . Reproductive Wellness will introduce guided imagery and meditation techniques, as well as therapies such as acupuncture, acupressure, massage and nutrition.n.
