This training teaches you the importance of introducing yoga to our youth. Learn how yoga plays a part in the stages of child development, and how to guide children through breathing exercises and the fun postures of yoga.
This training focuses on ages 2-12 and includes child development, yoga asana, RCB methods, sample classes, practice hours at Hapa Yoga, one hour class observation, two hours of co-teaching, and a Bal Yoga for Kids kit (book, CD, DVD).
