Foam Rolling & Myofascial Release with Nathan Briner
Learn how to use the foam roller and stretch major muscle groups in this two hour Foam Rolling Workshop. Foam rolling is one of the easiest and fastest ways to stretch, recover, and prevent injury by using myofascial release. Increase muscle flexibility and reduce pain by releasing tension in the connective tissues of the upper back, hips, legs, and IT band. This workshop is also great for the hamstrings, neck, lats, quadriceps, traps and other areas of the body.
Foam rollers will be provided, if you have your own, feel free to bring it!
