Learn babywearing safety, barre exercises and postpartum core exercises. This class is a great way for moms to integrate their baby into workouts and for easing into exercising after delivery. “Baby @ the Barre” helps new moms regain upper and lower body strength by toning arms and legs through cardio, balance and weights . . . all while carrying their baby!
Prerequisites: Recommended to be certified in yoga, pilates, group fitness, or personal training. Postpartum knowledge.
