Monday – Friday  8:15 am to 7:15 pm, except during Mommy & Me Classes at 2pm. NO CHILDCARE FOR CLASSES THAT START AFTER 6:30 PM.

  • Hourly childcare is available seven days a week for a fee (See Pricing Page for Current Rate).
  • Maximum of 90 minutes per visits.
  • Children can enjoy books, toys, art, educational entertainment and nap time while parents are in class just down the hall.
  • Please check-in for childcare 15 minutes prior to the start of class.
  • We have a 1:6 ratio with one child care staff member present, or 2:10 if we have two staff members.
  • Parents are responsible for bringing diapers, wipes, blankets, and an extra change of clothes if the child is in diapers or potty training.  Diapers can be purchased for $2 each.

Hapa Yoga offers Kids Yoga classes for crawlers, toddlers and young children! Kids’ classes are a unique combination of yoga and play, designed to get kids moving and learning in a positive way; they incorporate the calm of yoga with the energizing creativity of music and dance!

  • If your child is under the age of two years old, we ask that parents accompany their child for the duration of the class.
  • If your child is age 3 and up, you are welcome to participate with child or take a class of your own in the large studio. We do recommend taking the first class with your child to help them accommodate to their surroundings and feel comfortable in the studio.
Music & Movement (Crawlers & Toddlers)

Music & Movement

Dance, sing, practice yoga and make beautiful music with your little one. Crawlers and Toddlers will enjoy a FUN filled class full of Music, Movement, Dancing, Stretching and Imaginative PLAY. Mom, Dad, Grandparents and Caregivers will accompany your child during this 45 minutes of FUN!

Play yoga with your little one as you take a deep breath together and discover how music and movement bring yoga poses to life and strengthen their growing bodies! Explore toddler-friendly yoga poses with songs, stories, and games to create an enriching parent and child activity.

Kids Yoga (Ages 4-12)

Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga is a fun and effective way to teach kids to be active, relieve stress, and think in positive ways. Let your little ones explore the journey on the mat through fun activities that guide them through breathing exercises and teach them the fun postures of a yogini! 45 minutes of yoga, 15 minutes of free play.
