Jennifer Reis, faculty at Kripalu Center, is coming to studio to lead this special workshop on one of the most accessible forms of yoga meditation — Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra.
This powerful guided meditation allows you to experience deeper levels of inner freedom than you ever imagined possible. In this workshop you will learn about Divine Sleep®, how it works and why it is so potent, and you’ll also be guided into a deep and restful practice.
All you have to do is lie down and listen! Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra guides you systematically through the koshas — all levels of being — including physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual. Transforming stress and anxiety, improving connection to your deepest self, and increasing health and wellness, are characteristic outcomes of this practice.
