Learn how to open and strengthen your body to enter handstands safely. A workshop for improving your handstand technique, building strength, confidence and above all, having fun.We will work on the basics and build from that foundation and take time to play!

  • Tips to help with your hang time in handstand
  • The science behind why handstands feel so good
