Explore the basics of the Ashtanga Primary Series. In this workshop. you will flow through 70% of the Primary Series of Ashtanga. Learn tips and techniques for jump-throughs, backbends, headstands and most importantly, THE BREATH.
Along with breath, you will learn bandhas and dristi. You will feel stronger, lighter, re-energized and more peaceful after practice.
Students should be familiar with concepts of Vinyasa movement, but not necessary to know all poses as variations are offered.
