Strength for Yoga

Part 1 of our Body, Mind, Soul Series. This is an all levels fundamental yoga class that will focus on the physical body. Strengthen your muscles and protect your ligaments and joints.
In this two hour workshop with Dru and Tina, you will be lead through a Joga (Yoga for Athletes Class) to build dynamic and functional strength for your yoga practice, then focus on core exercises to go deeper into your yoga poses. This workshop is accessible to all level of yogis, from beginner to advanced. Yogis with injuries or physical limitations are strongly encouraged to attend.
