In this 2 hour workshop, Kristen will teach you how classical ballet has inspired the fitness phenomena!
She will incorporate the foundations of the barre series including the six positions of the hands and the feet and go over the correct Ballet body alignment.
Kristen will also teach you how your barre practice and juxtaposition of proper ballet alignment supports and strengthens your yoga practice.
