COVID SCREENING & GUIDELINES

SCREENING – WE MUST TAKE YOUR TEMPERATURE UPON ARRIVAL; IT MUST BE UNDER 100 FOR YOU TO REMAIN ONSITE. You can not stay if you have had any of the following:

  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Headache
  • Fever over 100
  • Chills
  • Body aches
  • Fatigue
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Exposure to individuals who have tested positive for COVID

IN STUDIO

  • ENTER THRU LOBBY (PLEASE SIGN NEW WAIVER) AND EXIT OUT OF STUDIO EXIT DOORS
  • PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL TIMES, 6 FEET
  • PLACE MIDDLE OF YOUR MAT ON THE HAPA YOGA STICKER
  • FACE MASK MANDATORY OUTSIDE OF CLASSROOM
  • WASH YOUR HANDS, BRING YOUR OWN HAND SANITZER PLEASE
  • COVER MOUTH/NOSE IF YOU COUGH OR SNEEZE
  • HAND TOWELS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL CLASSES, PLEASE BRING ONE FROM HOME. Towels are $5 for Purchase
  • DO NOT HUG OR TOUCH OTHER PEOPLE, USE NAMASTE INSTEAD
  • BRING YOUR OWN PROPS, BLANKETS, BLOCKS, STRAPS, BOLSTER, PILLOW
  • FOR FITNESS CLASSES: YOU MAY USE OUR WEIGHTS BUT YOU MUST HELP SANITIAZE AFTER EACH USE, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN IF YOU HAVE
  • WIPE DOWN AREA AROUND YOUR MAT AFTER CLASS
  • DO NOT LOITER AROUND DOORWAYS, PLEASE SOCIALIZE IN THE PARKING LOT
