Happy Hour @ the Barre™
Hapa Yoga offers the best Barre classes in San Diego! Have fun while you sweat with our energetic instructors. You can expect a 50 minute fitness class inspired by ballet and Pilates using a ballet barre (pronounced bar). It starts with a cardio warm up, followed by upper body toning and a leg workout, ending with core work and a cool down.

We also offer a 60 min BABY @ THE BARRE class so you can work out with your baby in a carrier.
